In partnership with the UNC Health Care System, Chatham Hospital is bringing nationally recognized medical care to residents in Chatham County and beyond. In July 2008, Chatham Hospital opened a brand new facility in Siler City at the crossroads of US 64 and 421. In 2011, the hospital opened an additional facility on their Siler City campus. As the first anchor tenant of the Central Carolina Business Campus, Chatham Hospital is playing an important role in the future of economic development in Chatham County by creating research opportunities and economic linkages in Chatham County’s growing health services cluster. Duke Health System also has a location in northeastern Chatham County.
