Worker talent is available throughout Chatham County from new residents moving into the area, skilled workers looking for a change in career, Central Carolina Community College, graduating high school students entering the workforce, and the numerous high quality colleges and universities in the area. In cooperation with Chatham EDC, North Carolina’s economic and workforce development partners will find available workers, identify the most qualified and provide the training necessary to allow them to immediately contribute to a company’s operation.
This team has the capacity and flexibility to customize any aspect of this process, from initial recruitment to personalized screening to pre-employment training to client specific training. These organizations will work to develop a customized plan and provide an extensive array of services to recruit, screen and train its workforce to allow companies to compete in a global market.
