A large new rental community was recently approved in Pittsboro as the town in Chatham County continues to grow.
The housing development sits next to Chatham Park along Suttles Road and not far from U.S. Highway 64 bypass. The development could have up to 690 new residences through a combination of single-family homes, townhomes and multifamily homes.
It appears the development team behind this project is similar to Chatham Park. The applicant for the project, GM Chatham SPE 1, LLC lists two SAS executives – David Keim and Donald Parker – among its company officials.
