Recently, Chatham Arts Council Executive Director Cheryl Chamblee has embraced the idea that within limitations, you find more possibility and more creativity. That approach has led to the reinvention of a beloved and distinctly Chatham event, ClydeFEST. This year, it’ll be ClydeFEST-To-Go.
