The final pieces of a mixed-use entertainment development in Pittsboro are coming together.
SoCo, located just south of the historic courthouse in Pittsboro (hence the name) at 39 West St. has landed two new tenants – Doherty’s Irish Pub & Restaurant and locally-run Havoc Brewing Company. These businesses represent the final two tenants of SoCo, and both are expected to open this year, said Greg Stafford, who is developing the project with his wife – Novan CEO Paula Brown Stafford – who he said had the vision for the project.
This process has been years in the making, Greg Stafford said, adding that they were discerning about what businesses would be part of SoCo.
